These terms apply to purchases made from Velume through this online store. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into the purchase.

Products and information

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colours appear. Measurements and technical details may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances. If a material error affects your order, we will contact you before fulfilment where practical.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed by the store. Applicable taxes, shipping costs, and any other charges collected by us are shown before payment. Payment must be authorised through a payment method offered at checkout.

Orders and availability

Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. If we cannot fulfil all or part of an order, we will notify you and refund the affected amount using the original payment method. We may refuse or cancel an order where required by law, where fraud is reasonably suspected, or where there is an obvious pricing or product-information error.

Legal guarantee and consumer rights

You may not misuse the store, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use its content in violation of applicable law or intellectual-property rights.

Liability

We do not exclude liability where exclusion is not permitted by law. Subject to that rule, we are not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed or for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you live in another country, you retain the benefit of mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Any dispute may be brought before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
