Where we deliver

Velume currently delivers to the Netherlands, all other European Union member states, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway.

Shipping rates

The shipping methods and exact price available for your destination are shown at checkout before payment. Rates can vary by destination and order conditions.

Processing and delivery estimates

Any processing or delivery estimate shown on a product page, in checkout, or in your order confirmation is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. We will send tracking information when tracking is available. Carrier, customs, weather, and peak-period delays can affect delivery.

Address accuracy

Please check the delivery address before placing your order and contact us immediately if it is incorrect. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters processing. Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged where permitted by law.

Customs and import charges

Orders delivered outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway, may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, or carrier handling fees. Unless the checkout expressly states that these charges are included, the recipient is responsible for them.

If tracking shows a problem or your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimate, contact us through our Contact page with your order number so we can investigate.
