We want you to be satisfied with your Velume purchase. This policy applies to orders placed through our online store and does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after you, or a person you nominate, receives the goods. To exercise this right, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.

After notifying us, please return the item within 14 days using the return instructions we provide. Items should be handled only as needed to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, and should be returned securely with all supplied parts and accessories.

Return shipping

You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or we agree otherwise. Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct return address. Do not return items to an address shown on a parcel without first receiving instructions.

Refunds

For an eligible withdrawal, we will refund the product price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the original order. Additional costs for an upgraded delivery method are not refundable. We will issue the refund using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first. A deduction may be made for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in line with applicable consumer law. Your statutory legal-guarantee rights remain unaffected.
